The water district has come a long way since its inception when it was issued a Certificate of Conditional Conformance by the Local Water Utilities Administration. The rapid urbanization in our city has brought challenges to our urban water district in terms of providing sufficient water supply on one hand and managing the used water on the other. With the utilization of the Montible and Lapu-Lapu Rivers, we could say that in the medium term, we were able to address the issue of the continue reading : PRESERVING OUR BAYS, OUR LEGACY TO OUR CHILDREN
