Consumers with existing  disconnected water connection accounts

Requirements

  • Payment of water bill arrears, if any, and reconnection fee
  • Notarized Authorization or Special Power of Attorney (SPA), in the absence of the registered owner of the water connection
  • Death Certificate, in case the registered owner has died, to be presented by the spouse of the decedent
