The Puerto Princesa City Water District proudly accepts the CSC’s PRIME-HRM Bronze Award during the CSC Recognition Rites held at the Luxent Hotel last January 28, 2025.
This remarkable award carves a memorable milestone for the agency, as process-defined systems are in place to provide excellence in human resource management and serve as a motivation to further enhance and strengthen the agency’s commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with the civil service standards.
PRIME-HRM was officially launched by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in 2012 as an enhancement and integration to the previous Personnel Management Assessment and Assistance Program (PMAAP) and the CSC Agency Accreditation Program (CSCAAP). It is designed to elevate human resource management practices in government agencies by setting a clear standard and recognizing agencies that perform and excel in HR systems.
PPCWD will continue to uphold the highest standards in HR practices, ensuring the development of manpower and efficiency in delivering quality service to the public.
The award was received by the top management, led by the General Manager Walter J. Laurel, together with Board Director Edgardo A. Palanca, AGM for Operations Engr. Justino Obsanga, PRIME-HRM Focal Person Divina Gracia Borja, Department Managers, PPCWDEA president, and HRD division manager.
