The Municipality of El Nido-El Nido Rehabilitation Task Force visited Puerto Princesa City Water District on February 15, 2024, where PPCWD gave a tour and discussion regarding the Water Supply Improvement Project Phase 2- Lapu-Lapu Water Treatment Plant and UV Disinfection System at Brgy. Iwahig.

The activity was spearheaded by the PPCWD Board of Directors led by Atty. Winston T. Gonzales and General Manager Walter J. Laurel.

This benchmarking activity was requested by the municipality as part of its efforts to improve the water supply in El Nido.
