Puerto Princesa City Water District’s new General Manager Mr. Walter J. Laurel took an oath on Monday, February 1, 2021, during the flag-raising ceremony of the District. Mr. Laurel has been with the PPCWD for 15 years upon his appointment as the General Manager, he was designated on the following positions:
- Corporate Planning Specialist
- Human Resource Division Manager
- Administrative and General Services Division Manager
- Finance Services Department Manager
