In accordance with Proclamation No. 818 and aligned with RA 11032, led by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month emphasizes our ongoing commitment to improve the quality of service and reduce bureaucratic processes.

This month highlights all our efforts in the month-long celebration and recognition to streamline government processes, reduce red tape, and make it easier for our stakeholders to acquire our services.

A series of activities will be observed this month to showcase our progress in complying with the EODB Law: reducing administrative burden, improving service quality, and adopting innovative practices.

Recently, the PPCWD brought home the Silver Award during the 2023 Anti-Red Tape Authority Report Card Survey (ARTA RCS) Awards on October 30, 2024. The Very Satisfactory Rating reflects the agency’s efforts in streamlining procedures, responsive customer services, and commitment to further improving our services, garnering strong client satisfaction. However, there is still room for improvement in our services. You can read more about this at this link.
